Freshly Made Each Week
We make our food mixes fresh each week for incoming orders. Your order goes through preparation, packaging, and shipping before it reaches your kitchen.

Processing & Delivery
Please allow an estimated 7–10 business days from the date you place your order for preparation and delivery. This timeframe includes processing and shipping—it is not an additional 7–10 days after dispatch.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery dates are estimates; carrier delays may occasionally affect arrival times.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Questions About Your Order?
If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, or you need help with delivery, email tommymushroom@icloud.com with your order number so we can look into it.

Digital Products
The shipping timeframe above applies to physical products. Ebooks purchased separately are digital downloads and do not require shipping.
